These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the flipzer.club website and the Flipzer Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or installing the extension, you accept these Terms in their entirety. The French version of this document prevails.

Flipzer is a digital assistant for Vinted sellers. It enables you to:

• View your listings, sales, and statistics in a centralised dashboard
• Automate the re-listing of your Vinted items
• Reply automatically to buyers using message templates
• Analyse your category market (average prices, sell-through rates)
• Find equivalent suppliers through image-based search

Flipzer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted or any other online marketplace.

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if you are a minor) to use the Service.

Flipzer offers a free plan ("Free") with basic features, and a paid plan ("Premium") providing advanced features.

• Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with no long-term commitment
• Payment is processed by our partner Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund

By using Flipzer, you agree to:

• Comply with Vinted's terms of service when using Flipzer
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the Service's technical limitations
• Not resell, sublicense, or share your access to the Service with third parties
• Not use the Service to harm other Vinted users (spam, harassment, etc.)
• Not attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce the Service's code

Any breach of these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund.

All elements of the Service (code, design, brand, content) are the exclusive property of Flipzer or its licensors. No licence or right of use other than the right to use the Service is granted to you.

Third-party trademarks mentioned in the Service (including Vinted, Chrome, Stripe, Discord) remain the property of their respective owners.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee absolute uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical incidents. Its performance also depends on the stability of third-party platforms beyond our control.

Flipzer is a management assistance tool. The user remains solely responsible for their sales, listings, communications, and compliance with Vinted's terms of service.

Flipzer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of data provided by Vinted. Statistics and analyses are provided for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipzer's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user for their subscription over the preceding 12 months.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted under the conditions set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect on the update date shown at the top of this document. In the event of a material change, you will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance or interpretation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory statutory provisions applicable to consumers.
