The French version of this document prevails. We only process information strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Your email address and usage preferences
• Public data from your own Vinted account (listings, statuses, photos)
• Technical connection information (IP address, browser type, pages visited on the site)

We do not collect any personal data from other Vinted users, nor any private messages. Your Vinted account password will never be requested: Flipzer only uses your already-active browser session, exactly as if you were using Vinted normally.

Flipzer is an independent service that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vinted. We provide an assistance tool for Vinted sellers, with no involvement whatsoever from Vinted.

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the service. We never sell it to third parties and do not use it for advertising purposes.

We may share certain technical information with our payment, hosting, and communication service providers, to the extent strictly necessary for the proper operation of the service. All our providers are required to uphold the confidentiality and security of your data.

Our Chrome extension uses technical permissions required for the service to function. It only accesses the public data of your own Vinted account, via your already-active browser session. No password is requested, read, or stored.

The extension complies with the Chrome Web Store's limited use policy: data is processed solely to provide the features visible to the user. You may uninstall the extension at any time, with no impact on your Vinted account.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: irreversible hashing of Flipzer account passwords (never in plain text), HTTPS-only connections, restricted server access, and regular backups covering application data only. While no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security, we are committed to maintaining a level of protection consistent with industry standards.

Flipzer only uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (authentication, preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not place any cookie without your prior consent where required.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account at any time; your data will then be deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations (in particular for billing records, kept for 10 years in accordance with the French Commercial Code).

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document. You will be notified of significant changes.
